Working 60+- acre catfish farm. The farm consists of four ponds approximately 10 acres each. There are fish in three of the ponds now. There is an eight inch deep well capable of pumping 550 gallons of water per minute to supply water. The farm could continue to be in catfish or be modified for hybrid bass, however, it is most well suited for conversion to duck impoundments. This property sits well back from the highway and has woods on three sides of it. One of the 10 acre ponds has grown up in young trees. It could be partially recleared, planted and flooded to make a beautiful, natural looking duck impoundment. This farm has a history of attracting large numbers of duck in the winter.
