200+- acre working catfish farm. The farm consists of 17 separate ponds of approximately 10 acres each. There are two eight inch deep wells capable of pumping 550 gallons of water per minute that supply water to the farm. There is a 60' x 100' equipment shelter and two feed bins. The farm can continue to be operated as a catfish farm or, with some modification, be converted to hybrid bass. It could also be converted back to cropland. Other possibilities include fee fishing and waterfowl impoundments. The farm has a history of attracting large numbers of ducks in the winter.
