1377 Highway 501, Myrtle Beach, Horry

This 0.63-acre out-parcel is located at the intersection of Highway 501 and 3rd Avenue in the City of Myrtle Beach. The traffic light at this intersection has been approved for revision (see attached plans), with work expected to commence by the end of the year and conclude within three to four months. A master storm water system is already in place with the existing shopping center, eliminating the need for on-site retention. This presents an excellent opportunity to secure a hard corner at a newly revised SCDOT traffic light. Attached plans illustrate potential uses such as a gas station, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), and coffee drive-thru. Should a larger site be required, we may be able to expand into the existing shopping center's parking lot to create a full 1-acre parcel. The location offers high visibility, and the City of Myrtle Beach is currently redeveloping the downtown area, which is situated just down Highway 501 toward the beach.
