Tart Road, east of Dunn NC in Sampson County. The land is 7 acres of cleared farmland and 58 acres of timberland that borders the Mingo Swamp. The cleared land is excellent farmland that is Norfolk Loamy Sand soil, which is well drained and is well suited for crops like tobacco, cotton, soybeans, peanuts, potatoes and wheat.
