1695 Gause Landing, Ocean Isle Beach, Brunswick

Amazing opportunity to have nearly an acre on the beautiful and quiet street of Gause Landing. With tall oak trees on the property and surrounding the street it is also marked a historic site. President George Washington stayed here at Gause Landing with William Gause as he was traveling the southern states. Minutes away from the beach at Ocean Isle as well as shopping and plenty of restaurants, while still having the beauty and privacy this property has to offer. There is a home on the property that is over 100 years old and has not been lived in for 30 years. It is boarded and locked up, do not enter the building. There are none others like this in todays market, walking distance to views of the ICW and the OIB bridge, this land would make a great home.
