Slips number 6 and 7 are still available. The existing 30' easement, starting at Lighthouse Road and ending at Silver Lake Drive, will be redrawn. There will be a reduction from 30' wide to a 5' wide walking easement; the reduction beginning at the rear boundary of Lot 2 and continuing out to Silver Lake drive. The 30' easement will provide access to Lots 3,4,5 of The Wentletrap Subdivision. If necessary, the buyer will join in the signing of any necessary document to accomplish the same.
