Lot 5 Capelsie, Candor, Montgomery

Build your dream home in Capelsie Reserve on this approximately 12-acre riverfront lot, tucked among mature hardwoods and pines at the edge of Uwharrie National Forest. The cleared building site is thoughtfully positioned for privacy, with a natural tree buffer from neighboring lots, while a driveway and trail to the river are already in place. Follow the trail to the water, where the land sits above the river and a few beautiful boulders are scattered along the shoreline. Soil testing is complete and county water is available. Enjoy the beauty and outdoor recreation of the Uwharrie area while being just minutes from downtown Troy.
