Very nice tract of land in rural Chatham county just a few miles outside of Siler City. The seller had the timber cut a few years back with the intentions of creating a pasture for cows. The stumps have been removed on about 4 acres of the property. The property would require a well. We have a soil scientist report. That will permit a 3 or 4 bedroom septic system. It will be a Block fill or a conventional fill system. The seller is preparing the site for the septic permit. The fill system is a little more expensive than a conventional system, but it is not a spray or drip system. The seller will have the permit in hand for the buyer.
