Devon McGinnis

Born and raised in central Virginia, Devon grew up immersed in the outdoors - hunting, fishing, and farming. Shortly after high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed at Camp Pendleton in Southern California.

After completing his service and transitioning from active duty in 2019, Devon moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where he attended North Carolina State University, earning a degree in Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology with a minor in Forestry Management.

Following graduation, Devon launched his real estate career in North Raleigh before joining Mossy Oak Properties in 2025. His passion for the outdoors and land management makes him a natural fit for helping clients buy and sell rural and recreational properties.

In addition to real estate, Devon is the owner and operator of 110 Land Co., a land and wildlife management company dedicated to helping landowners enhance their properties for both recreational enjoyment and long-term value. Through 110 Land Co., he partners with clients to design and implement habitat improvement plans, conduct prescribed burns, establish food plots, and develop conservation strategies that promote healthy ecosystems and improve wildlife opportunities. His hands-on experience in land stewardship provides a strong foundation for guiding clients through every aspect of land ownership.

When he’s not working, Devon enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son, especially in the woods pursuing his passion for hunting.
