Chase Furlough

Chase Furlough is the Broker in Charge for our Greenville North Carolina office. He started his career with us as a land specialist in 2022 and since then has earned the right to move into a leadership role by not only showcasing quality salesmanship but by being able to effectively integrate team work to best assist the firms’ clients.

Through his time at the firm he has been able to obtain multiple awards to showcase his accomplishments on a state, regional, and national level. The various accolades were presented to Chase for attributes that include: teamwork, leadership, and sales (Agent of The Year - ‘24); highest sales volume (NCs Top Producer - ‘24 & The Presidents Club - ‘23/’24); Rookie of the Year (‘22); and an award directly for fostering teamwork (The Acorn Award - ‘24). On a national level Chase was recognized as one of the top 5 agents in the Country who closed the most transactions in 2023 - “Rainmaker Award”.

Through Chases’ life he has been able to spend the majority of his time outdoors. From growing up in rural Eastern NC to hunting throughout the Country, Canada, and Mexico Chase is knowledgeable of all things LAND and has an immense amount of knowledge of the wildlife that calls that land home.
