Ashley Frye

Ashley Frye joined our team in 2023, initially serving as the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager at our corporate office in Manteo, NC. Her artistic background, paired with experience in branded content and graphic design, helped align creative direction with the company’s strategic goals to support marketing growth and brand consistency. 

In 2024, Ashley shifted gears within the company after being promoted to Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where she worked alongside Andrew Walters as his personal brokerage manager. In 2026, Ashley assumed the role of Executive Assistant to the Owner/President of Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty following Andrew’s transition into his new role as President, Owner, and CEO of the franchise. 

With a strong organizational foundation and a detail-driven approach, Ashley works diligently to ensure daily operations run seamlessly, bringing care, clarity, and accountability to every aspect of her role.

Ashley’s deep understanding of wildlife management and land stewardship help bring a unique perspective to her work. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology with a concentration in Wildlife Science from NC State University in 2022. While at NC State, Ashley helped run the NC State National Wild Turkey Federation Student Chapter with her husband, serving as the chapter’s Social Media Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. In 2021, Ashley also served as a Field Technician for the Multi-scale Assessment of Wild Turkey Ecology in North Carolina, a collaborative research project funded by the NWTF and NC Wildlife, where she assisted with the trapping, data collection, and monitoring of wild turkeys in Eastern NC.

United by their shared passion for hunting and conservation, Ashley met her husband Grayson in 2019. Each spring, they look forward to traveling across the country in pursuit of a gobbling turkey. When she’s not in the field, Ashley can often be found at her art table, channeling her love and passion of the outdoors into her wildlife paintings.
