Regan Pyatt - My Sold Listings

Regan Pyatt

Regan was born and raised in Marion, NC. Growing up, he spent many days on his grandparents' farms working with cows, loading lots of hay in the barns and tending the family garden.  When he wasn’t on the farms he spent his time fishing and hiking around the lakes, rivers and forests of Western North Carolina.  At the age of 17, Regan joined the North Carolina National Guard as an Infantryman, and after graduating Western Carolina University, he completed Officer Candidate School.  From 2002 to his retirement in 2021, he served on active duty in various leadership assignments, culminating his career as the Deputy United States Property and Fiscal Officer for NC as a Logistics Branch Lieutenant Colonel.  A recipient of the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star and NC Order of the Long Leaf Pine, Regan served two overseas combat deployments to Iraq and Kuwait, as well as multiple state mobilizations in support of disaster response.

Along with his wife Cathy and son Evan, the Pyatt’s have resided on a small farm in northern Alamance County for the past 10 years, where most of their time is occupied with gardening and caring for their chickens, two cats and a Sheltie named “Mike".  Regan is a strong supporter of responsible land and game management, as well as helping others by sharing his experiences of property ownership that provides a path to self-sustainability. If you’re interested in buying or selling property in Central North Carolina, give Regan a call and let him help you with your land goals!
