John Perez - My Sold Listings
John Perez is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time at both Smith Mountain Lake, VA and Edenton, NC. He spent over 30 years in corporate America in a variety of leadership roles including customer service, sales, insurance, investigations and real estate. His passion for providing exceptional customer service means he enjoys working with clients and helping them to find their dream property. He believes an important aspect of his job is to clearly understand a client’s needs and then work with them to find a property that meets their objectives, whether it be for recreation, a dream home, farm or investment. One of his favorite aspects of the job are the friendships that are established while interacting with clients throughout the real estate transaction.
John’s faith and freedom are values he holds dear. He’s involved with several outdoor youth ministries. He is also a Marine Corps veteran and his passion is giving back to those who serve. He is the founder of Valor & Honor Outdoors, a non-profit that provides outdoor therapy for active-duty military, veterans and their families. He enjoys helping our heroes spend time healing in the outdoors fishing, hunting, kayaking, conducting wildlife tours and other recreational adventures. John and the Valor & Honor Outdoors team host hundreds of individuals and families each year across several states.
When he’s not showing properties, or supporting veterans and First Responders, he enjoys spending time fishing and photographing wildlife with his wife Beverly. He has two grown children that he’s very proud of.
