Goochland County Land and Farms

Farms and land in Goochland County have special appeal to investors, businesses and homebuyers due to its high quality of life, access to major transportation corridors and proximity to urban areas. Located in the Piedmont, Goochland County land is adjacent to Louisa, Hanover, Henrico, Powhatan, Cumberland and Fluvanna counties. The 290-square-mile county has a population of 23,753.
