Keith Weaver

Keith Weaver began his real estate career in 1978 with Howard Perry after time spent at North Carolina State University in the School of Design and School of Engineering. Being fortunate to have had a relationship with both Howard Perry and Arthur Sandman, both local developers, he learned the importance of quality, loyalty, and keeping clients satisfied.

In a span of over thirty years, Keith has developed and marketed more than 3,000 homesites in North Raleigh in over twenty neighborhoods. He has built more than 200 homes, 4 office buildings, and several recreation areas within his subdivisions. Keith has a very unique perspective in so many areas of development. Some of the familiar North Raleigh neighborhoods developed and marketed by Keith are: The Landings at North Ridge, Stonebridge, Stoney Manor, The Pointe, Dansforth, Hunters Landing, Stone Creek, Chandler Pointe, Sheffield Manor, The Registry at Bailey Farm, Carlyle at Falls Lake and most recently The Hamptons at Umstead.

Because of his long standing relationship with the Bailey family, transforming their beautiful dairy farm into an exceptional family neighborhood was especially gratifying. The registry at the Bailey Farm has enjoyed continued success through the past three years in a very challenging economy.

While continuing to work on land development and marketing, Keith is also assisting home buyers and sellers to achieve their dreams; and is certified in foreclosures, short sale properties and military relocation.

Keith is proud to have served in the Army and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He identifies with the unique needs of military families whether they are relocating or retiring.
